what was different

i got up and i didn't pause by the top kitchen cabinet.
and i didn't rush by avoidingly either.
i just forgot.
and i got to school, and took a breath in.
as i sat in my physics chair and katelyn commented about how the people in front of us smelled like bad b.o.
and they did.
but i didn't care.
and breathing in made me smile.
and maybe grimace a little.
but i smiled in my head.
and i looked up a bit and said a little thankyou.
and i closed my eyes and looked back a few days and i said a little thankyou.
